The apartment is amazingly designed for comfort, convenience and a good energy and vibe once you enter our flat. You’d be surprise how quaint and how much we made out of our space. You have a full size comfortable bed with plush quilts and cozy linens, accompanied by soft pillows for a good nights rest. We set up a tall table top dining set for two, where you can comfortably work from and have those morning cups of coffee or some quality time sharing a good meal. You also have a separate dining area for dinners and meals. The kitchen is fully stocked, with all the amenities you need to eat and save on your budget or wow yourself and loved ones with a great made meal. Includes Microwave, all cooking utensils, dishware, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, all provided for your comfort and convenience. We have a nice clean bathroom with a stand up shower, toilet, vanity and mirror. We have also provided a comfortable sofa bed and 2 chairs which you can face the flat screen TV with to binge watch your favorite streaming shows. Reliable wifi, comfortable apartment, and a great location makes this a great choice for your stay. Located on the 3rd floor of this traditional old style Philadelphia building, this location, apartment and deal is a real opportunity. There is a coin operated community washer and dryer located on the lower level area available 24 hours a day. We happily accept pets and require a monthly pet fee, your pet must be house trained. Parking is also available in the area. You have a choice to find a spot and park sometime restrictions exist depending on the time of day but free overnight. Please read all parking signs in the area.
Transit
Conveniently located near the Market St, Amtrak 20th St Station, and the SEPTA atco subway on 30th St. The SEPTA connects you to the PATCO that can take you to NJ. You can also walk to UPENN and CHOP Hospital.

**There is No smoking or vaping inside the unit, no unauthorized pets or guests **Please do not move the furniture. **No pets allowed unless authorized by the host, there is a $150 pet fee if a pet is brought unauthorized. **We offer a starter kit of supplies, we do not restock during your stay. **If a pet is authorized they must not sleep, bed, linens, or any furniture **Pet fee applies $75 for up to 4 nights, $100 for up to 7 nights and $150 for up to 30 Nights plus. **There is a $30 early check in and late check out cost based upon availability **Quite hours are 10pm to 7am. **We do not offer designated parking spots. **At check-out please return keys back to the proper lockbox. There is a $50 fee for lessor missing keys. **All properties are inspected upon your check out. **Any broken items, dishes or furniture will be billed towards your reservation. **Please return keys to the proper lockbox. There is a $50 fee for loss or missing keys from the lockbox upon your check out.
If your pet is approved to stay at the unit a pet fee will apply. The pet must not be on the beds, furniture or linens. If this happens to take place a $100 additional pet damage fee will apply. Please keep your pets off the beds, furniture and linens. We follow all cancelation terms and policies for every reservation We do not offer a designated parking spot or reserved parking.
